About the Internship
Crystamond Global is seeking a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This is a structured, hands-on internship designed to give you real-world exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and ERP systems — not just filing and photocopying.
You will work directly alongside experienced Finance professionals and NetSuite consultants, gaining practical insight into how accounting functions within a fast-growing ERP and digital transformation consulting firm serving clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
What You Will Do
Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Assist in recording day-to-day journal entries — sales, purchases, expenses, and adjustments
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including vendor bill matching and invoice tracking
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and petty cash accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and help prepare trial balances and month-end schedules
Payroll Support
• Assist in processing payroll data for employees — attendance, leaves, deductions, and tax calculations
• Prepare payroll summary sheets, payslip data, and statutory deduction schedules (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Support payroll accrual entries and payroll reconciliation against bank records
• Maintain employee payroll records and update master data as required
Financial Reporting & MIS
• Help compile Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports — P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Prepare variance analysis schedules comparing actuals vs. budget
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards for expense tracking, vendor ageing, and cost summaries
• Support quarterly GST working, TDS summaries, and compliance schedules
ERP & Systems Exposure
• Get hands-on exposure to Oracle NetSuite — navigating transactions, running reports, and managing records
• Assist in data entry, chart of accounts maintenance, and report customisation in NetSuite
• Support the team in client-facing financial data migration and reconciliation tasks
• Learn how ERP systems handle multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
Client Coordination & Support
• Assist in preparing client-ready financial reports, reconciliation summaries, and billing schedules
• Coordinate with client finance teams to gather transaction data, bank statements, and supporting documents
• Help track client deliverable timelines and follow up on pending approvals or outstanding information
• Sit in on client calls and status meetings — preparing notes, action items, and follow-up trackers
• Support onboarding of new clients by organising their chart of accounts, opening balances, and historical data
• Maintain clear, professional communication with client POCs via email and collaboration tools
General Finance Operations
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for invoices, receipts, and contracts
• Assist in vendor onboarding documentation, purchase order tracking, and expense reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for budget requests and expense approvals
• Support statutory audit and internal audit document preparation

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are the right fit if you are curious, detail-oriented, and equally comfortable working with numbers and with people. You do not shy away from spreadsheets, and you can hold a professional conversation with a client contact over email or a call. You take ownership of your tasks, follow through without needing constant reminders, and ask smart questions.
Since this role spans both in-house accounting and direct client support, we are looking for someone who can switch gears — from reconciling accounts to coordinating with a client's finance team — with professionalism and confidence.
We welcome final-year undergraduates, post-graduate students, and CA / CMA students looking for articleship-adjacent, structured internship experience.
