Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Finance Recruiter with around 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for finance-related roles such as accountants, financial analysts, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Understand finance role requirements and match suitable candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably finance roles)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
