Roles & Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management & Taxation & Compliance
Should have knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Monitor & identify key ratios
- GST Laws
- Income Tax Act
- Profit Margin
- EBITDA
- Debtor Days / Creditor Days
- Working Capital
- Cost leakages
- Slow-moving inventory
- High receivables
Import & Export Operations
- Handle import and export documentation including invoices, shipping documents, and regulatory filings.
- Manage outward and inward remittances through banks.
- Prepare and manage High Seas Sales documentation and agreements.
Manage banking activities including coordination with banks for
- Letter of Credit (LC) opening, discounting, and documentation
- Cash Credit (CC) limit management
- Import/export payments and trade finance transactions
- Handle forex booking, forward contracts, and currency risk management
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and consultants for smooth financial operations.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Audit & Financial Control & Reporting & Analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and MIS for management.
- Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments & monitor financial performance and provide actionable inputs.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Tally and MS office.
- In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, PT, and Indian tax regulations along with ICEGATE and other govt portals.
- Expertise in import-export documentation and international trade processes.
- Experience in LC discounting, CC limits, and trade finance.
- Knowledge of forex transactions, forward booking, and remittances.
- Familiarity with High Seas Sales and agreement preparation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B. Com, M. Com, MBA-Finance, BBA, BAMS)
