Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Executive, based in Mumbai. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial operations, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, and preparing and analyzing financial reports. They will process invoices, monitor and report on financial data, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements. Additionally, the Accounting Executive will work closely with various teams to support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Qualifications
- Should have Minimum 0.6 months to 4 years of prior experience in Accounting and Finance with a strong understanding of general financial principles
- Should have Strong Communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proficiency in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance
- Experience with accounting software, data analysis tools, and financial management systems
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Receptive to feedback, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
- Educational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
