📍 Rohini, New Delhi | 🕘 Night Shift (US hours) | Full-time
We're hiring MBA freshers (Finance/Accounting) to join our accounting team supporting US/Canada small businesses and CPAs on bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
What You'll Do
- Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation on QuickBooks/Xero
- Support month-end financial reporting and data entry
- Help maintain accurate client financial records
- Learn and follow US accounting standards/processes under guidance
- Coordinate with seniors on client queries and deliverables
Who You Are
- MBA (Finance/Accounting) — freshers welcome
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Willingness to learn QuickBooks/Xero (training provided)
- Good written English communication
- Comfortable with US-aligned night shifts
Hands-on training, exposure to US accounting practices, and growth path into senior accounting roles.
