Location: Remote | Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9-6 ET) | Days: Mon–Fri
We are hiring a qualified CA with a strong core accounting background to assist a senior US CPA at a leading US financial advisory firm. This is a pure accounting support role - not finance, not wealth management, not equity. Core accounting only.
What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day accounting tasks - bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, ledger management
- Assist with preparation and organization of US tax-related documentation
- Work closely with a senior CPA - understand instructions and execute with accuracy
- Maintain organized, accurate client financial records
- Handle follow-ups on client documentation and filing requirements
What we're looking for:
- Qualified CA - mandatory
- 2-4 years of core accounting experience (bookkeeping, bank recs, reconciliations)
- Prior experience working with a US-based company or US accounting/CPA firm - strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and work with minimal instructions
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals - NOT looking for finance/equity/wealth background
- Strong English communication skills
