*Job Description*
An Accounting and Operations Manager will oversee daily financial activities of the company and operations related to manufacturing activities at Bare and Pune Workshops. He will support maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and operational requirements to enhance productivity and efficiency of both the manufacturing units. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organization.
*Key Responsibilities* :
- Manage accounts payables to vendors and receivables from customers
- Monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking and mapping
- Prepare financial reports and P&L
- Purchase of raw materials and oversee raw materials Inventory
- Vendor and Transport Management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment processing
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Provide monthly data of TDS, GST, PT to our CA and payment of the same
- Monthly Payroll Preparation and salary disbursements
- HR and Labour compliances
- Company Secretary related documentation
- Fulfil requirements from Labour consultant, CA and CS office
- Export shipping documentation
- NGO related documentation and reports
*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance and Operations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
