We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team at Nextyn. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, payments, invoicing, compliance coordination, and supporting financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Handle client invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Assist in payroll coordination and salary processing
- Support GST, TDS, PF, and other compliance-related activities
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Assist during audits and month-end closing activities
- Work closely with the Finance Manager on operational finance tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
- Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in service-based companies/startups
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders
