Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Clerical Associate to support the Duties & Taxes function. The role involves managing duty/ tax-related documentation, performing Balance Sheet reconciliations, and assisting with making accounting entries and data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes

Job Title: Accounting Administrator-Senior
Function: Finance (RTR)
Reports to: Manager Accounting & Controls
Please note this is not a taxation-related role but is a function managing a process within record-to-report (RTR) Key
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records related to duties and taxes in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Perform accounting reconciliations for duty/ tax accounts and internal ledgers.
- Assist in preparing duty/ tax-related reports and analysis of open items.
- Conduct basic analysis to validate duty/ tax computations and identify discrepancies.
- Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve duty/ tax-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for duty/tax transactions.

Experience : 2 years plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Finance or Accounts Graduate (Bcom.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables,
- VLOOKUP).Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform basic financial and tax analysis.High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in duties in Finance functions within a corporate environment in roles related to handling finance process or in similar finance role. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
