Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting software such as Tally and Marg, along with in-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and financial management. This role requires a professional who can independently handle complete accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Marg software
- Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance
- Manage ECS transactions and banking operations
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
- Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and fund management
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and government authorities
- Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com)
- Strong knowledge of Tally and Marg software
- Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of audit processes and financial reporting
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical or B2B industry preferred
- Ability to handle complete accounts independently
- Experience working with CA firms or audit teams
