Job Description:
Responsible for daily book keeping, checking of invoices, challan, maintain vendor + contractor summary, accounting in Tally, Bank Statement entries, co-ordination with suppliers for ledger, bills and obtaining quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain challan, invoices, ledger.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain Tally records and update bank statement + billing accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare budget of planned activities
- Co-ordinate with team to ensure timely reporting as required
- Prepare reports as required
- Take multiple party quotation and prepare comparison
Skill Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Prior Experience in real estate - Preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong experience in Tally.
- +3 years experince
- B.com graduate.
