Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant - Junior, located in Surat. The Accountant - Junior will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and handling tax-related processes. The role also includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, reconciling bank statements, assisting with audits, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is a plus
- Understanding of the manufacturing or construction industry is beneficial
