We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 'Accountant' to join our dynamic team at Octanom Tech Private Limited. If you have a strong background in accounting and proficiency in Tally and MS-Excel, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, Excel sheets, and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice preparation to ensure company financial goals are met.
- Support the team in bank reconciliation, ledger verification, and day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry of invoices, vouchers, and transactions.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records, including Tally entries and billing activities.
