Job Title: Accountant Cum Office AssistantLocation: Navi Mumbai
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Architecture firm specializing in redevelopment projects across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We provide end-to-end consultancy including legal, financial, architectural, and project execution services.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Cum Office Assistant who will handle day-to-day accounting tasks along with general office coordination and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Work- Maintain day-to-day accounts (receipts, payments, expenses)
- Handle cash book, bank entries & ledger posting
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance
- Maintain records of consultancy fees, vendor payments, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with CA for audit and filing
Office Administration- Handle office documentation and filing (physical & digital)
- Maintain client records, agreements, and project files
- Assist in drafting basic letters, emails, and reports
- Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules
- Manage office supplies and basic coordination work
Support in Redevelopment Projects- Maintain records of society payments, deposits, and expenses
- Assist in documentation related to CHS redevelopment
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, architecture, site team)
Required Skills- Basic knowledge of Accounting & Tally / Excel
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Basic understanding of GST (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Qualification- B.Com / Commerce Graduate (Preferred)
