Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant cum HR at our Hyderabad office. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, the role includes HR responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Accountant cum HR will also provide administrative support and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Accounting skills such as bookkeeping, financial reconciliation, and proficiency in financial reporting
- HR management expertise, including payroll processing, employee record management, and recruitment coordination
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and labor laws
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- Effective communication and organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry would be an advantage
