Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Bengaluru. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial management, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. The role involves managing statutory compliance, assisting with audits, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, managing tax filings, and supporting overall financial decision-making within the firm.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Taxation
- Experience with Audit Assistance and Internal Control Procedures
- Skills in Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Decision Support
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA qualification (semi-qualified or qualified) is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment
- Previous experience in audit firms or similar professional environments is an advantage
