Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accountant will assist with financial reporting, budgeting support, and analysis of variances as needed. The position also includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, coordinating with auditors and tax consultants, and maintaining organized financial records.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (B.com/M.com).
- Prior experience in a trading, manufacturing, or supply-chain-oriented business is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks responsibly.
