Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Bharuch. The Accountant will manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payroll processes, and assisting in financial audits.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting software
- Experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis tools
- Understanding of taxation, regulatory requirements, and compliance
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
