We’re Hiring | Accountant (2+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
🔹 Experience Required:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in an accountancy firm
* Candidates with experience handling multiple clients independently will be preferred
* Experience in UK / Ireland–based accounting and ACCA Pursuing / Affiliate status will be considered an added advantage
*Right Candidates without UK / Ireland accounting experience will also be considered, and necessary training will be provided
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients
* Review and finalisation of accounts
* Handling VAT returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings
* Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work
* Coordinating with clients and providing timely updates
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
🔹 Required Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts
* Hands-on experience with accounting software (Sage / QuickBooks)
* Good understanding of VAT, basic tax compliance, and audit processes
* Ability to manage work independently and guide a small team
* Good communication and time-management skills
* A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
