Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurgaon. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with audits. The role will also involve preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support business decisions. The selected candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget preparation
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance, audits, and tax regulations
- Experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial data analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of numerical accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
- Prior experience in the construction industry or infrastructure projects is advantageous
