Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Accountant role based in Daskroi, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, preparing tax returns, reconciling accounts, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing, collaborating with internal teams for financial analysis, and supporting audits.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Payroll Management, and Taxation processes
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Compliance with regulations
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in Statutory Compliance and understanding of labour laws is a plus
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) is an advantage
