Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at our Dehradun, India office. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and reconcile accounts. They will also prepare financial statements, assist in budget management, ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations, and collaborate with other departments for financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is a valuable asset
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and audit processes is advantageous
