Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role at Tiprasa Esports, located in Tripura, India. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Other key responsibilities include managing budgets, processing invoices, handling payroll, liaising with external auditors, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial planning and analysis. The role also involves monitoring cash flow and financial transactions to support the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience with account reconciliation, payroll management, and tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance policies in India
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Work experience in the esports, entertainment, or hospitality industry is a preferred qualification
