We're Hiring | Accountant & Admin Executive
📍 Golf Course Road, Gurugram | 🕐 1–3 Years Experience

The Propdream Team — NCR's leading luxury real estate agency with a legacy since 1989 — is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accountant & Admin Executive to keep our operations running smoothly.

📊 What You'll Handle:
Accounts:
• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (Tally/Excel)
• Managing invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Assisting with GST filings, TDS, and basic compliance
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Admin:
• Managing office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Handling documentation, filing, and record management
• Supporting HR admin tasks — attendance, onboarding paperwork
• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel as needed
• Being the go-to person who keeps the office running like clockwork
What We're Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts and/or office administration
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic GST/TDS knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable — especially with financial data
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Real estate or professional services background is a plus
