Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Excel and hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
· Handle daily entries, vouchers, invoices, and expense tracking.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable.
· Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
· Prepare monthly financial reports.
· Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
· Handle GST-related entries and compliance (if applicable).
· Assist in payroll processing and vendor payments.
· Ensure data accuracy in Excel and Zoho Books.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 + years of experience in accounting.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
· Hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
· Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic knowledge of GST and TDS (preferred).
