Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Alwar. The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping, process and analyze financial transactions, ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and tax regulations, and support payroll management. The role also includes preparing financial reports, coordinating audit processes, assisting in budget planning, and providing recommendations for improved financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts management
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance processes
- Experience with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Capability in audit coordination, tax filings, and assurance support
- Familiarity with financial software and technology-driven tools
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus
- Prior experience in financial planning or business advisory is advantageous
