Job Title: Senior Accountant (Full Compliance & Payroll)
Location: Gandhinagar
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Accountant to handle complete accounting, payroll, and all statutory compliances for a Private Limited Company with full ownership and zero dependency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting: Daily entries, bank reconciliation, finalization (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Payroll: Salary processing, payslips, employee records
- TDS & Income Tax: TDS filing, Form 16, advance tax tracking
- GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, notices
- PF & ESIC: Monthly compliance, filings, employee support
- Professional Tax (PT): Payment and returns (Gujarat)
- ROC Compliance: AOC-4, MGT-7, Director KYC
- Property Tax: Timely payment and record maintenance
- Audit Support: Coordination with CA/CS and auditors
Compliance Responsibility
- Maintain complete compliance calendar
- Ensure 100% on-time filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, ROC, Property Tax)
- Handle notices and avoid penalties
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC
- Experience in Pvt Ltd company
- Proficiency in Tally , GreytHR , Excel , Google Sheet
- Ability to work independently with full ownership
