Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring expenses, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and healthcare regulations, and coordinating with external auditors or tax advisors as needed. The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid skills in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Knowledge of financial compliance requirements, internal controls, and basic tax regulations relevant to corporate accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, or CMA) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
