Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at Sonagarh Fort Resort, based in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, managing general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day duties will include reconciling accounts, processing transactions, generating financial reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all financial activities at the resort.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reconciliation, and general ledger management
- Experience in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Work experience in hospitality, real estate, or a luxury resort environment is an advantage
