Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Nagpur. The Accountant will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves reconciling accounts, managing budgets, preparing tax filings, and providing financial reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Accounting and Financial Management skills, including experience with maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements
- Proficiency in Software and Tools such as Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Taxation and Regulatory Compliance, including GST and TDS calculations and filings
- Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills to handle complex financial data accurately and efficiently
- Strong Communication Skills to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CA, or CMA are a plus
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
