Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Jaipur. Daily responsibilities include managing bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The Accountant will also handle tax compliance, assist with audits, maintain financial records, and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with the finance team and other departments is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or export industry is preferred
