Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare reports. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciling statements, preparing tax filings, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and working closely with the internal team to support financial planning and budgeting efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Account Reconciliation
- Experience in preparing Tax Filings, Auditing, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations
- Strong skills in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency with Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA or equivalent qualification is a plus)
- Experience in the import/export or manufacturing sector is advantageous
