Scheelite Pharmaceuticals is looking for a responsible, experienced, and process-oriented professional who can efficiently manage Accounts, Administration, Billing, Dispatch Operations, Transportation Coordination, and Overall Office Operations.
We are preferably looking for candidates who have prior experience in handling the accounting and operational activities of a company, distributor, agency, or business setup independently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Managing complete billing and invoicing process
✔ Handling accounts entries and accounting coordination
✔ Working on Tally ERP and maintaining accounting records
✔ Coordinating with CA/accounting agencies and maintaining documentation
✔ Managing customer orders and dispatch operations
✔ Transportation coordination and shipment tracking
✔ Ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients
✔ Payment collection follow-up and outstanding management
✔ Maintaining stock, invoices, e-way bills, and operational reports
✔ Vendor, transporter, and customer coordination
✔ Managing daily office administration and operational workflow
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✅ Good knowledge of Tally ERP, billing, invoicing & accounting processes
✅ Experience in handling company accounts or accounting agency work
✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
✅ Ability to independently manage operational and administrative tasks
✅ Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
✅ Responsible, disciplined, and long-term work-oriented attitude
✅ Experience in Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Distribution industry will be preferred
🔹 Experience Required:
📌 Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
