Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Jaipur. The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, handle budgets, and monitor accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring timely filing of taxes. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial management and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Experience with Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Forecasting
- Knowledge of Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools) and proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the retail or textile industry is a plus
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) will be an advantage
