Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Key responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, handling payroll, preparing tax returns, and assisting with audits. The role also entails analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, preparing budgets, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Experience with tax-related tasks, including tax preparation and compliance
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools for payroll and bookkeeping
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred
