Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Delhi, India. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role also requires the preparation of budgets, participation in audits, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong knowledge of taxation, including GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements
- Skills in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, Busy, or other related platforms
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in legal or professional service firms is an advantage
