Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant at RAYS Global Consultancy. The Accountant will oversee daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, performing audits, preparing tax documents, and providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Knowledge of tax regulations, financial compliance, and preparation of tax filings
- Skilled in budget management, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements
- Familiarity with financial software and accounting tools (experience with relevant tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or relevant financial roles
