Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Patna. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting. The role includes reconciling accounts, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and supporting audits. Collaboration with management to provide financial insights for decision-making is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
