Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and overseeing budgets. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, handling tax filings, processing payroll, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and ensure the seamless execution of financial processes.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Handle vendor follow-ups and ensure timely payments
Work with ADP for payroll processing and related activities
Maintain and analyze data using Excel sheets for financial tracking and reporting
🧾 Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Familiarity with US payroll systems (ADP experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
