Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant position based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial documents, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget planning and auditing. The role requires ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the organization’s financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Strong command over financial software, spreadsheets, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for budget preparation and financial analysis
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in accounting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounting or financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
