Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Ranchi. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. They will collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and support audit processes. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience in financial auditing, taxation compliance, and regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage but not mandatory
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and practices is preferred
