Pista House is hiring for the position of Accountant / Accounts Executive!

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
•Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
•Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
•Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
•Process attendance, payroll and manage employee expense.
•Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
•Support internal and external audits.
•Generate financial reports for management review.
•Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and systems.
Requirements:
This role requires a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential for accurate financial record-keeping and analysis.
•Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, enabling effective management of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
