Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Gurgaon for the Accountant role.
We’re hiring an Accountant, but not the boring Excel-only kind.
We’re looking for someone who can handle numbers in a fast-moving events & travel startup without losing their mind every month-end.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, trip settlements & reconciliations.
• Preparing invoices, tracking receivables/payables & ensuring payments are followed up on time.
• Handling attendee payments, refunds, hotel/vendor settlements & trip costing.
• Maintaining clean financial records, reports & data across all verticals.
• Coordinating with hotels, travel vendors & partners for payment schedules and documentation.
• Assisting in budgeting, expense tracking & financial planning for events and group trips.
• Making sure finance operations run smoothly even during high-volume event/travel periods.
Software/tools you should know
• Tally (mandatory)
• Excel / Google Sheets
• GST filing & invoice documentation understanding
• Knowledge of accounting workflows in travel/events businesses is a huge plus.
Group travel experience is mandatory
If you’ve worked with a travel company, DMC, hospitality brand, events company or handled group travel finances before, even better.
