Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Amethi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional duties include processing invoices, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activities. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for financial management
- Skills in preparing and analyzing budgets and financial statements
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments
- Experience with ERP systems and financial audits is advantageous
