NewKind Fertility has pioneered India’s first doctor-led natural fertility program, designed to help individuals and couples achieve conception through holistic health, personalised diagnostics, and expert support. The program addresses diverse fertility challenges such as PCOD, low AMH, sperm morphology issues, and more, offering tailored health plans based on each individual’s unique fertility profile.
Role OverviewWe’re hiring an Accountant / Finance Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting + monthly reporting (MIS, P&L, Cash Flow) and present clear financial insights through structured decks.
Key Responsibilities
1. GST & Compliance- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time
- Handle reconciliations and input tax credit
- Coordinate with CA for compliance and audits
2. Payments, Vendors & Payroll- Manage all outgoing payments and approvals
- Track payables and ensure timely disbursement
- Process salaries, reimbursements, and deductions (TDS, etc.)
3. Accounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain books (entries, ledgers, reconciliations)
- Perform monthly bank and expense reconciliations
- Ensure clean, audit-ready financial data
- Co-ordinate with rest of team,
4. MIS, P&L & Cash Flow (CIS)- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Build and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- Track and forecast Cash Flow / Cash Inflow Statement (CIS)
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability trends
- Flag issues and suggest improvements
5. Founder Reporting & Decks- Create monthly finance decks for internal reviews
- Translate numbers into clear insights (not just data)
- Support decision-making with structured reports
- Work closely with founders on budgets and planning
What We’re Looking For- 2–5 years experience in accounting + financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance
- Experience with MIS, P&L, and cash flow tracking
- Comfortable with tools like:
- Tally
- Zoho Books
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to create clean, structured presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Strong analytical thinking + attention to detail
