Role Description
The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Raipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, creating financial statements, monitoring budgets, assisting with audits, and supporting financial decision-making. Collaboration with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, general accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, and bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, including GST and income tax filing
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or other ERP platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for budget management and financial analysis
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a certified CA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Prior experience in the finance or accounting field is an advantage
