Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and maintain general ledgers in line with accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing monthly MIS and financial reports, supporting cash flow tracking, assisting with working capital analysis, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners for compliance, audits, and statutory filings, as well as supporting the finance team in improving processes and controls. The Accountant will contribute to timely, clear financial insights that help clients make informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management and knowledge of accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing MIS, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in cash flow and working capital management, including tracking inflows/outflows and supporting liquidity planning.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of compliance, taxation, and risk management, including statutory filings and audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software (e.g., Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, Excel) and comfort with data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/intermediate levels) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in startup, consulting, or SME environments, and familiarity with investor reporting, is beneficial.
