Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage core accounting operations, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ranchi where you will be directly involved in maintaining financial records, handling GST compliance, and supporting business reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts and financial records
• Prepare and manage invoices (including export/domestic cases)
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
• Perform GSTR-2B vs purchase register reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Assist in TDS, payroll, and compliance-related filings
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting/analysis
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Knowledge of GST compliance and taxation
• Exposure to AP/AR, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

We value candidates who have practical, hands-on experience in accounting and compliance.
Ability to independently manage GST filings and invoicing will be a strong advantage.
Location
- Ranchi (Work from Office)
CTC - 2.2. LPA to 3.0 LPA (Based on Knowledge and Experience)
