Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing books of accounts, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling GST and other statutory filings. Core responsibilities include conducting audits, maintaining accurate documentation, overseeing payroll, and supporting capital investment compliance processes. The Accountant will also collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to provide financial insights and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of tax regulations, GST compliance, and statutory filings
- Experience with audits, financial controls, and risk assessment
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA qualification preferred)
- Experience in handling loans, subsidies, or capital investment processes is a plus
