Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at our location in Kanpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes budgeting, financial forecasting, and supporting the management team in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in accounting practices, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
- Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and analysis
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
